On Friday, February 2, the Arundel Chinese classes and club, along with the Arundel Jazz Band and Chinese students from Arundel Middle, Meade High, and Severna Park Middle, celebrated the Chinese New Year through song and dance.

The celebration was held in the auditorium from 6:30 to 8:00 pm, with no cost for admission.

Before the show and during intermission, guests could purchase pork dumplings, egg rolls, and water, and look at information about the Arundel High Chinese Program. The food was provided by Grace Garden, a Chinese restaurant in Odenton, MD, and the profits went to the Chinese Club.
