This year, Arundel’s Homecoming Dance theme is “To the Moon and Back.” The Student Government Association (SGA) chose this last year, and they still agree with the theme now so that they could get ahead on ordering the decorations.

“There are a lot of decorations regarding stars and astronomy, so they are easy to find,” said Ms. Clardy, an advisor of SGA.

The advisors chose the theme that they thought was fitting and the SGA members chose the topic that they enjoyed the most.

“I am glad SGA voted on this theme because stars are cool,” said Ms. Oxman, another SGA advisor.

Arundel’s 2016 Homecoming theme was “Arundel City,” with an emphasis on cityscapes.

This year’s dance will take place on Saturday, October 14th from 7-10pm in the school cafeteria.
